Mics Caught Chris Jones Having Heartfelt Conversation With Teammate Before Crying During Super Bowl National Anthem
Kansas City Chiefs star defensive tackle undefined is one of the best defensive players in the league. He proved that again this past season with a monster year that ended with another Super Bowl title.
He’s also a guy who routinely gets emotional during the national anthem before games. That continued at Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas when he shed tears during country music star Reba McEntire’s performance of “The Star-Spangled Banner."
NFL Films was able to capture that moment, which included an awesome conversation Jones had with teammate George Karlaftis before he started to cry.
