NFL Network Drops Four On-Air Big Names, Including Andrew Siciliano, per Report
The veteran NFL reporter and host was among four big names let go from the network this week.
NFL Network has continued its broadcasting shake-up, as four big names were let go this week, according to a report from Andrew Marchand of The Athletic.
Veteran NFL reporter and host Andrew Siciliano, hosts Melissa Stark and Will Selva, as well as reporter James Palmer were all laid off, according to Marchand.
"As is normal course of business this time of year, we are evaluating our talent roster for the upcoming 2024 season and beyond," NFL Network spokesperson Alex Riethmiller told Marchand. "That process results in renewals, non-renewals and additions to our lineup depending on programming needs. To those departing talent, we give our sincere thanks and appreciation for their hard work and contributions to NFL Media."
The on-air talent cuts come on the heels of major changes to network programming. NFL Network's longstanding morning show, Good Morning Football, has ceased operations in New York and will now be broadcast out of Los Angeles with potential format and on-air talent changes. The show will not return to the air waves until late August.
