Out for Sun Bowl Shough is out for the 2024 Sun Bowl after declaring for the 2025 NFL Draft, according to his announcement Wednesday.

Impact Louisville and Washington are scheduled to compete in the 2024 Sun Bowl, which is currently scheduled for Dec. 31. The game would have been Shough's last as a student athlete, considering he had already played 12 games as a senior. But instead of partaking in the Sun Bowl, he will get a head start on preparing for the pros. Shough hopes his 2024 season will be enough to earn him a draft selection and professional consideration at worst. This year, he completed 62.7 percent of 389 pass attempts for 3,195 yards and a 23-6 TD-INT ratio.
